Guest Speakers: JJohn McDonald, owner of Boulevard Brewery, Nicko Fusso, president and founder of Sustainability is Sexy, Kathy Richardson, the Operations Supervisor of Lawrence's Division of Waste Reduction and Recycling. Are you surprised that bars don't recycle? Find out about the environmental obstacles bars face and discover ways we as consumers can do something about it. Talk to the owner of Boulevard Brewery and see how this local microbrewery is making sustainability a reality.
